How fast will I get a quotation?
Within hours on WhatsApp for parts we stock or make regularly, once we have the part number or a clear photo, the machine make and model, and the quantity. Unusual parts take longer because we check the drawing or the casting before we commit to a price.
I don't know the part number. What should I send?
A photo of the part (with a scale or a coin next to it), a photo of the machine nameplate, and the size if you can measure it — DN, bolt count, bore and length for bushes. We identify from that every day.
Do you have it in stock?
The catalogue lines are running stock or short-cycle production. We confirm stock and dispatch date with the quotation, not after the order.
Do you supply small quantities?
Yes. Single pieces for a breakdown and hundreds for a stockist are both normal here. Terms are quoted per enquiry.
Can you make to sample or drawing?
Yes — as-forged clamp bodies for customer machining, machined parts to sample, and repeat batches to a drawing. Send the sample or drawing with the enquiry.
How is it packed and shipped?
Domestic: box or bag, marked, dispatched by transport of your choice or ours, forwarding at actual. Export: export packing, FOB Mundra as standard, documentation handled by us.
